Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

A: There is no storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.

Q: How do I get my tickets?

A: Ticket purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery ahead of the show. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?

A: Packages are open to all ages, however, exact age limitations vary per venue. Please check your venue's website for more information about their age requirements.

Q: Can I sell my VIP package? A: No, unfortunately VIP packages cannot be resold. VIP packages that have been resold will not be valid.

Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?

A: Yes, there is an EIGHT (8) ticket limit for VIP tickets.

Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?
